Norman Newton

A resident of Houston, Texas, Norman F Newton, Jr. has worked in executive roles for both private and public enterprises. In his current role, Norman F. Newton, Jr. serves as the president and CEO of AmeriCasa Solutions, LLC, a company he founded in 2017.

With AmeriCasa Solutions, LLC, Mr. Newton raises capital and generates income to invest in affordable housing for families who reside in manufactured houses. He is in charge of executing the company’s operational and financial goals and objectives. He executes mergers and acquisitions and defines and executes the growth capital plan. He also leads the executive team.

Mr. Newton has 20 years of experience in leadership roles and entrepreneurship. In 2008, he founded the Newton Vision Corporation, LLC, a consulting company that focuses on reengineering, optimization, and digital transformation. Some of his present responsibilities at this company include providing advisory services for mergers and acquisitions and raising debt and equity funding. He also is involved in executive-level coaching and mentoring and serves as head of the investment committee for all the firm’s investment decisions.

Mr. Newton holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas. In his personal time, he fishes, lifts weights, and engages in CrossFit.
